Securing that vital first step on the career ladder is harder than ever. Having faced a challenging economic climate and educational disruption caused by the pandemic, many young people feel let down by traditional systems and unsure how to begin their career.
I established EarlyCareerMentor to offer genuine, focused support. My mission is to help candidates uncover their true direction, channel their natural talents, and turn uncertainty into tangible career opportunities.

My career began in management roles in the fast-paced fashion industry, before moving into recruitment consultancy for leading international brands, manufacturers, and retailers. I worked closely with job seekers at every level to match their core values and skills with what employers truly look for. Developing strong relationships with both my clients and candidates, and understanding requirements from both sides, enabled many mutually beneficial matches - this was the key to my success.
